At BlueHaven Sport, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for paddling and water sports enthusiasts worldwide. Below are our detailed international shipping and returns policies.

International Shipping – Accessories

  • We ship accessories globally. Shipping costs depend on destination country and package weight.
  • Estimated air shipping time: 10–25 business days, depending on customs processing and destination.
  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A tracking number will be provided for all shipments, allowing you to monitor your package from our warehouse to your door.

International Shipping – Kayaks

Rigid Kayaks:

  • Shipping fees calculated per destination port and size/weight.
  • Estimated delivery: 30–60 business days.
  • Shipping provider will contact you directly to schedule delivery. Please ensure contact information is correct at checkout.

Inflatable Kayaks:

  • Shipping fees calculated per destination and weight.
  • Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days.
  • Other items in the same order will be delivered together.

Beyond Standard Zones & Additional Fees:

  • Destinations outside standard shipping zones may incur extra fees and longer transit times.
  • If additional fees cannot be paid and no alternative solution is available, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Note: Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays. NexaVida Group is not responsible for delays once the order is with the shipping provider. Please contact the carrier directly for more information.

Inspecting Your Delivered Kayak

  • Verify the correct item has been delivered.
  • Check for any transit damage.
  • If any issues are found, contact BlueHaven Sport Customer Service immediately at contact@bluehavensport.com.
  • If immediate inspection is not possible, you may write “Subject to Inspection” on the delivery documentation before signing. Early inspection increases the likelihood of a successful claim for hidden damages.
  • If the shipment was delivered without inspection or signature, inspect as soon as possible and contact customer service if any issues are discovered.

Note: If signed for without noting damage, replacement may not be possible.

Returns

Online Orders:

  • New items are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original parts and accessories.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection, minus a 20% restocking fee. Refund amounts may be reduced if items are damaged or missing components.
  • Rigid (Polyethylene) Kayaks: Not eligible for 15-day returns. For product guidance prior to purchase, please contact our customer service team.
  • Any product shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and documented on the delivery receipt.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is present to receive shipments or authorize delivery per shipping provider policy.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Once an order is placed, it begins processing and cannot be modified or canceled. After receiving your order, you may initiate a return following the instructions above.
